PRINGSEWU -Ungkapkasus.id<\/p>\n

Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Kabupaten Pringsewu No.16 Tahun 2016 Tentang Pembentukan dan Susunan Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Pringsewu untuk kali ketiga kembali diubah. Bupati Pringsewu Riyanto Pamungkas menyampaikan rencana perubahan Perda tersebut pada Rapat Paripurna DPRD setempat pada Senin (2\/3\/2026).<\/p>\n

Menurut Bupati, perubahan tersebut dibutuhkan seiring dinamika kebutuhan pelayanan publik, perkembangan regulasi, serta tuntutan efisiensi dan efektifitas organisasi. Perubahan mempertimbangkan Prinsip Tepat Fungsi dan Tepat Ukuran, Beban kerja dan intensitas urusan pemerintahan, Ketersediaan SDM dan kemampuan Keuangan Daerah, serta Sinkronisasi dengan Kebijakan Nasional dan Prioritas Pembangunan Daerah.<\/p>\n

“Melalui penataan ini, diharapkan tercipta struktur perangkat daerah yang lebih ramping, proporsional, dan adaptif, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik, serta mendukung pencapaian target pembangunan daerah tahun 2026 dan seterusnya,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Pihaknya menyadari perubahan struktur perangkat daerah bukan semata-mata perubahan nomenklatur, melainkan bagian dari Reformasi Birokrasi bagi mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang profesional, akuntabel, dan berorientasi pada hasil.<\/p>\n

“Untuk itu, kami mengharapkan dukungan, saran, serta
\nmasukan konstruktif dari pimpinan dan anggota DPRD dalam proses pembahasan Ranperda ini, sehingga diharapkan melalui pembahasan tersebut akan menyempurnakan substansi isi agar Perda yang dihasilkan benar-benar bermanfaat bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Pringsewu,” pungkasnya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
