Bengkel kerja (bimker) Lapas Kelas III Dharmasraya hari ini tampak aktif dengan kegiatan pembuatan meja kerja oleh warga binaan pemasyarakatan (WBP) di bawah bimbingan staf pembinaan.Sabtu (1\/11\/2025)<\/p>\n

Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari program pembinaan kemandirian yang terus digiatkan oleh Lapas Dharmasraya guna menumbuhkan keterampilan dan semangat produktif di kalangan WBP. Meja kerja yang dibuat direncanakan untuk digunakan di ruang-ruang administrasi dan sebagian akan dimanfaatkan sebagai hasil karya warga binaan.<\/p>\n

Kasubsi Pembinaan Lapas Kelas III Dharmasraya, Dharmes Saputra Tanjung, menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini menjadi bentuk nyata pembinaan yang berorientasi pada keterampilan dan pemberdayaan.
\n\u201cKami ingin agar warga binaan tidak hanya mengisi waktu, tapi juga memperoleh keterampilan yang berguna setelah bebas nanti. Melalui kegiatan pembuatan meja ini, mereka belajar mengukur, merancang, dan bekerja sama secara disiplin,\u201d ujar Dharmes.<\/p>\n

Salah satu warga binaan yang ikut membuat meja, Gulo, juga mengungkapkan rasa bangga bisa terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan ini.
\n\u201cSaya senang bisa ikut membuat meja kerja ini. Selain menambah pengalaman, kami merasa dihargai karena hasil kerja kami dipakai di lingkungan lapas sendiri. Rasanya seperti ada kontribusi nyata,\u201d tutur Gulo dengan semangat.<\/p>\n

Kegiatan pembinaan di Lapas Dharmasraya terus digerakkan secara terencana, dengan harapan setiap WBP dapat memiliki keahlian baru dan semangat positif dalam menjalani masa pidana mereka.(Joe\/HMS)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
