Yunnus Saputra, menjelaskan bahwa terduga pelaku adalah Rion Iskandar (35), warga Kecamatan Ambarawa. Rion diduga menggelapkan sepeda motor milik rekannya, Dini Asih Lestari, warga Pekon Wates, Kecamatan Gadingrejo.<\/p>\n<p>Peristiwa tersebut bermula pada Selasa (3\/9\/2024). Menurut keterangan kepolisian, terduga pelaku datang ke rumah korban bersama anaknya yang masih berusia lima tahun untuk menginap. Keesokan harinya, saat korban sedang memasak dan kehabisan gas, Rion menawarkan diri untuk membeli gas menggunakan sepeda motor Honda Vario milik korban. Namun, setelah membawa motor tersebut, ia tidak kembali.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSepeda motor dengan nilai sekitar Rp21 juta diduga dijual dengan harga Rp3 juta, dan hasilnya dipergunakan untuk kebutuhan pribadi, termasuk membeli narkotika jenis sabu,\u201d kata AKP Herman dalam keterangan pers, Selasa (30\/9\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Setelah hampir satu tahun dalam pengejaran, polisi akhirnya berhasil mendeteksi dan mengamankan terduga pelaku di wilayah Kabupaten Way Kanan pada Senin (29\/9\/2025). Dari hasil penyelidikan, ia juga diduga terlibat kasus penggelapan lain dengan modus yang sama.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolsek menambahkan, pihaknya masih melakukan penyelidikan terkait keberadaan sepeda motor korban yang telah dijual. Atas perbuatannya, terduga pelaku dijerat Pasal 372 KUHP tentang penggelapan subsider Pasal 378 KUHP tentang penipuan, dengan ancaman pidana maksimal empat tahun penjara.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, korban, Dini Asih Lestari, menyampaikan apresiasi kepada aparat kepolisian atas pengungkapan kasus tersebut.
