Penangkapan dilakukan pada Kamis (25\/9\/2025) dini hari.<\/p>\n<p>Kasus ini bermula ketika Cahyono, warga Dusun Wonogiri Desa Bumi Daya Kecamatan Palas, melaporkan kehilangan motornya. Laporan polisi tercatat dengan nomor: LP\/B-19\/IX\/2025\/SPKT\/POLSEK PALAS\/POLRES LAMSEL\/POLDA LAMPUNG, tanggal 20 September 2025. Dalam laporannya, korban menjelaskan bahwa CI meminjam motornya dengan alasan hendak menemui temannya. Namun, hingga berjam-jam motor tersebut tak kunjung kembali.<\/p>\n<p>Mendapat laporan itu, Tim Tekab Polsek Palas yang dipimpin Kanit Reskrim Aipda Muhyi Kurnain langsung melakukan penyelidikan. Berdasarkan keterangan saksi-saksi, polisi berhasil melacak keberadaan CI (42), warga Desa Buah Berak, Kecamatan Kalianda. Pelaku kemudian ditangkap tanpa perlawanan.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolsek Palas IPTU Suyitno, SH., menerangkan bahwa modus operandi pelaku adalah memanfaatkan kepercayaan korban. \u201cPelaku datang bersama temannya WJ, menginap di rumah korban, lalu keesokan harinya meminjam motor dengan alasan ingin ke rumah temannya. Namun motor justru digadaikan sebesar Rp1.800.000,\u201d ungkap Kapolsek.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam pemeriksaan, CI mengaku uang hasil gadai dibagi dua bersama WJ (45), warga Desa Seloretno, Kecamatan Sidomulyo. Pelaku juga mengakui pernah melakukan penggelapan mobil Honda Vios di Kalianda. Akibat perbuatan itu, korban mengalami kerugian sekitar Rp8,2 juta.<\/p>\n<p>Dari tangan pelaku, polisi mengamankan barang bukti berupa satu unit Honda Beat Pop warna putih hitam tahun 2016, lengkap dengan STNK dan BPKB atas nama Cahyono.<\/p>\n<p>Atas tindakannya, CI dijerat pasal penipuan dan penggelapan sesuai KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman hingga empat tahun penjara.
