Padahal, warga telah memiliki bukti kepemilikan resmi seperti sertifikat dan akta jual beli (AJB).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami sudah memiliki surat tanah yang sah, mulai dari sporadik, AJB, hingga sertifikat. Namun, kepala desa malah menerbitkan sporadik baru yang membuat kami khawatir kehilangan hak atas tanah,\u201d ujar Bambang (bukan nama sebenarnya), warga Lumbirejo, Sabtu (22\/3\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Kuasa hukum pemilik PT Kapur Putih Lampung Berjaya, Wiliyus Prayietno, SH., MH., meminta Polda Lampung turun tangan untuk melindungi hak warga. Ia menegaskan bahwa tugas kepolisian adalah menjaga keamanan, menegakkan hukum, serta melindungi masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSaya meminta Polda Lampung hadir untuk menegakkan hukum. Hukum bisa tertidur, tetapi tidak pernah mati,\u201d tegas Wiliyus.<\/p>\n<p>Ia juga mengapresiasi Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum (Ditreskrimum) Polda Lampung yang menangani laporan terkait kasus ini sesuai LP\/B.543\/XII\/2024\/SPKT\/Polda Lampung tanggal 24 November 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, Wiliyus mendesak kepolisian menahan dua orang berinisial IS dan BH yang diduga terlibat dalam pengrusakan bersama-sama sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 170 KUHP.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami meminta penyidik menggunakan hak subjektifnya untuk melakukan penahanan terhadap para terduga pelaku,\u201d
