Hal ini disampaikan langsung oleh Ketua Bapemperda Provinsi Lampung, Hanifal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dalam rincian tersebut, enam Raperda berasal dari usulan Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Lampung, sementara sembilan lainnya merupakan usulan dari DPRD Provinsi Lampung. Dari sembilan Raperda yang diusulkan oleh DPRD, tiga di antaranya merupakan luncuran dari tahun 2024 yang belum terselesaikan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTotal ada 15 Raperda yang akan menjadi target kita untuk disahkan menjadi Perda di tahun anggaran 2025 ini. Dari 15 tersebut, 9 diantaranya Raperda tunggakan tahun sebelumnya yang belum disahkan,\u201d ucap Hanifal, Rabu (12\/2).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut, Hanifal menjelaskan ada dua Raperda dari usulan Pemprov Lampung yang menjadi lanjutan dari 2024, yakni mengenai perubahan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 2 Tahun 1999 tentang perubahan bentuk badan hukum PD BPD Lampung menjadi PT BPD Lampung, serta perubahan bentuk badan hukum Nomor 7 Tahun 2011 terkait PD Wahana Raharja yang akan berubah menjadi PT Wahana Raharja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKita (Bapemperda) juga akan meminta pimpinan DPRD untuk segera menyurati tiap-tiap komisi untuk mengusulkan judul Raperda yang akan dibahas,\u201d pungkasnya.
