Diantaranya, pengerasan jalan usaha tani. Tentu, keluhan dan inisiatif aspirasi yang disampaikan memiliki alasan. Yaitu Poktan-poktan yang tergabung dalam kelompok tani, memiliki rencana dan inovasi membuat Wisata Holtikultura di lahan pertanian yang ada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami punya inovasi, setelah jalan tani jadi. Berencana mengumpulkan poktan, yang memiliki total luas lahan 25 hektar. Bisa merubah menjadi wisata Holtikultura. Diantaranya, penanaman sayur mayur. Dan lainnya. Nah, kami butuh bantuan bapak Ibu, dewan khususnya Bapak Mohammad Reza. Untuk diperbaiki. Memang kami sudah setiap Jumat selalu gotongroyong,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ditempat yang sama, KWT Sekar Mawar Desa Wiyono, Sutirah juga menyampaikan harapan kepada Anggota DPRD Lampung, berkaitan dengan alat dan perlengkapan pembuatan Hidroponik.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami Ingin mengembangkan KWT pak, kemaren kami dapat bantuan H2N dari Provinsi. Jadi, kedapan<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kami ingin membuat tanaman Hidroponik. Nah, kami kesulitan bahan atau alat perlengkapan. Jadi, kami minta bantuan alat itu dari Bapak,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Menanggapi aspirasi yang disampaikan, Anggota DPRD Provinsi Lampung, Mohammad Reza mengaku aspirasi yang disampaikan menjadi konsennya untuk diwujudkan. Karena, secara fungsi. Reses merupakan serap aspirasi bapak dan Ibu, khusunya masyarakat yang ada di Wiyono dan umumnya Lampung. Tentu, Aspirasinya dapat memperkuat tugas dan fungsi DPRD Lampung selama menjabat. Karena, tugas pokok DPRD adalah legislasi, Penganggaran dan Pengawasan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFungsi Pertama, inisiatif dr Dewan. Nah, jika Fungsi kedua adalah penganggaran yang langsung bersentuhan tentang program pembangunan yang dibahas oleh DPRD dan Gubernur,\u201d kata Reza.
