Aksi unjukrasa tersebut dikomandoi oleh Bahar Pohan dan Rizki Bona dalam aksi Unjukrasa tersebut mereka menyikapi terkait Bimbingan teknis (Bimtek) Kepala desa Se Kab. Padang lawas utara yang dilaksanakan Oleh Lembaga Pusat Manajemen Pelatihan Putra dan Putri pada 22 sd 26 September 2024 dan di adakan di Hotel danau Toba Contage dan di Gren Garden Hotel Berastagi Karo dan Juga Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja UMAY Enginerking Group Skill for the future dengan biaya kontribusi jika digabungkan ke 3 Acara Tersebut Rp. 30.000.000\/desa di Kabupaten Padang Lawas utara<\/p>\n

Bahar pohan juga menyampaikan dalam orasinya Jumlah desa di kab. Padang lawas utara itu sekitar 386 desa dan jika itu dikalikan Rp. 30.000.000 Untuk biaya kontribusi ke 3 acara bimtek tersebut maka akan terkumpul \u00b1Rp 11 Milyar dari dana desa Maka atas tersebut mereka menuntut Polda sumut agar melakukan penyelidikan pada kegiatan tersebut<\/p>\n

“Kami minta Polda Sumut agar segera mengusut acara Bimtek ini karena acara ini diduga untuk mengambil keuntungan” Ucap bahar<\/p>\n

Selain daripada itu Massa dari Pemuda peduli penegakkan Hukum(PPPH) meminta Polda sumut memeriksa Pelaksana Bimtek kepala desa se Kab. paluta yaitu direktur Eksekutif Lembaga pelatihan Kerja Umay engineering Group dan ketua Pusat Manajemen pelatihan Putra dan Putri<\/p>\n

Massa PPPH juga turut membawa kertas karton bertuliskan “Periksa Pj Bupati Paluta dan Kadis PMD Paluta yang diduga dalang bimtek di berastagi dan prapat” “Rp. 10Milyar dana desa Paluta terkuras untuk kegiatan yang diduga tidak memiliki manfaat”<\/p>\n

Setelah Puas menyampaikan aspirasi Massa PPPH diterima oleh Perwakilan Polda Sumut Kompol Mulyadi dan berjanji akan menyampaikan tuntutan dari PPPH ke Kapolda sumut dan akan dilakukan penyelidikan<\/p>\n
