{"id":22454,"date":"2023-04-18T01:24:25","date_gmt":"2023-04-18T01:24:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ungkapkasus.id\/?p=22454"},"modified":"2023-04-18T01:24:25","modified_gmt":"2023-04-18T01:24:25","slug":"disnakertrans-pringsewu-imbau-perusahaan-segera-berikan-thr-kepada-karyawan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ungkapkasus.id\/index.php\/2023\/04\/18\/disnakertrans-pringsewu-imbau-perusahaan-segera-berikan-thr-kepada-karyawan\/","title":{"rendered":"DisnakerTrans Pringsewu Imbau Perusahaan Segera Berikan THR Kepada Karyawan"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"title-post\">\n<p style=\"text-align: right\"><em><strong>PRINGSEWU<\/strong> <strong>(ungkapkasus.id)<\/strong> &#8211; Pemerintah Kabupaten Pringsewu melalui Dinas Tenaga Kerja setempat mengimbau perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada di Kabupaten Pringsewu untuk dapat memberikan Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) kepada para karyawannya.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"content-detail\" class=\"post-content\">\n<div>Kabid Tenaga Kerja pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Pringsewu Lekat Attorik mengatakan pemberian THR keagamaan merupakan kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan oleh pengusaha kepada karyawan, dimana THR keagamaan ini wajib dibayarkan secara penuh, paling lambat tujuh hari sebelum hari raya keagamaan. &#8220;Selain itu, THR harus dibayar penuh dan tidak boleh dicicil,&#8221; katanya.<\/div>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div>Sedangkan untuk besaran THR yang diberikan, menurut Lekat Attorik disesuaikan kepada Upah Minimum Regional (UMR) Provinsi Lampung. &#8220;Atau secara proporsional, sesuai hati nurani,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/div>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div>Lekat meminta agar THR tersebut dapat dibayarkan seminggu sebelum hari raya Idulfitri atau paling tidak 3 hari sebelum hari raya. Sebab, para tenaga kerja tersebut tentunya sangat menunggu dan mengharapkan pembayaran THR tersebut bagi memenuhi kebutuhan mereka di hari raya.
